New orders are processed 365 days a year. All orders go through a quick automated check to help prevent fraud, and occasionally an order may be reviewed manually by our sales team.

Our aim is to process everything as quickly as possible while keeping things secure for both you and us.

As part of this, we use automated tools (including MaxMind) to assess each order based on things like:

  • IP address and location
  • Billing details and country
  • Email address and domain
  • Whether the order details match up

Most orders are approved instantly. If we need to double-check anything, we’ll just get in touch with you — it’s usually quick and straightforward.

In rare cases where an order looks high risk, it may be declined.
