cPanel Webmail lets you view, send, and receive email from anywhere with an Internet connection.
It is available on all standard hosting plans (Plan 1, Plan 2, Plan 3), all enterprise hosting plans (Enterprise 1, Enterprise 2, Enterprise 3), and on cloud or dedicated servers with a cPanel license. It is not available on the DNS-only service (cPanel DNS Connect).
Before You Start
If your email service is configured to use a third-party provider such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or OX App Suite, then cPanel Webmail and other cPanel email features will not be available. These features only work for email accounts hosted directly on our server.
For more information about OX App Suite, a premium email add-on offered by Maxer, please refer to this article: Understanding OX App Suite and Its Features
How to Access Webmail
You can access Webmail using any of the methods below:
- Use your domain name:
https://example.com/webmail(replaceexample.comwith your actual domain). - If your website points to another provider or site builder, such as Weebly or Shopify, use the webmail subdomain instead:
https://webmail.example.com(replaceexample.comwith your actual domain). - If neither of the above works, use your server hostname:
https://cpanel00.fastsecurehost.com/webmail(replacecpanel00with the server on which your account is hosted, as listed in your welcome email).
Do not use https://webmail.cpanel.net. That address belongs to cPanel, the software company, and is not a login page for Maxer-hosted email accounts.
On the login page, enter the full email address of the account you want to access and its password. If you no longer remember the password, you can reset it in cPanel under "Email Accounts".
Access Through the Maxer Client Area
You can also open Webmail through the Maxer client area:
- Click on "Services" in the navigation bar.
- Find your hosting plan in the list and click on it.
- Click on Management Actions > Login to Webmail.
Once logged in, you can read your email, send messages, and manage the mailbox from the Webmail interface.
