OX App Suite is a professional email hosting solution provided by Maxer through a trusted third-party service. It offers robust email functionality, alongside optional productivity tools for tasks, contacts, and calendars.

Billing Information

  • The subscription fee for OX App Suite is charged per mailbox user.

  • You have the flexibility to pay either monthly or yearly.

  • Since this is a third-party service, it is crucial to pay on time as there is no grace period. Non-payment can lead to immediate suspension of the service.

Managing Your OX App Suite Account

Login to your Maxer client area, click on "Services" in the top navigation bar and select the OX App Suite service or the associated web hosting plan. In the left sidebar under the "Email Management" section, use the "Manage Email Accounts" page to:

  • Create or delete users (email accounts).

  • Update display names or credentials.

  • Access settings for IMAP, POP3, SMTP, and calendar/contact synchronisation.

Accessing OX App Suite Webmail

Alternatively, click on "Log in to OX App Suite" under the "Email Management" section.

Email Settings

Below are the general settings for configuring OX App Suite with email clients:

  • Username: Enter the full email address (e.g., user@yourdomain.tld).

  • Password: Use the email account’s password.

Incoming Mail Server [IMAP (Recommended)]:

  • Server: imap.us.appsuite.cloud

  • Port: 993

  • Encryption: SSL/TLS

Incoming Mail Server (POP3):

  • Server: pop.us.appsuite.cloud

  • Port: 995

  • Encryption: SSL/TLS

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):

  • Server: smtp.us.appsuite.cloud

  • Port: 465

  • Encryption: SSL/TLS

Additional Features

For calendar and contact synchronisation, you can use CalDAV and CardDAV protocols:

  • Server URL: dav.us.appsuite.cloud

  • Username: Enter the full email address.

  • Password: Use the same email account password.

Important Notes

  • OX App Suite can be added as an addon to our hosting services.

  • Alternatively, it can be connected with the "cPanel for Domain Forwarding" plan, which is required for the hosting of DNS zones.

  • Once OX App Suite is connected to a domain in your cPanel account, the native cPanel email features will no longer work, as emails will be routed to OX App Suite.
