Our team is here rain or shine, day or night, to assist you. There are four ways you can get in touch.

(1) Support Tickets

MAXER offer 24-hour assistance through our support helpdesk for sales, billing and technical enquiries. You can easily open a new support ticket at https://my.maxer.com/submitticket.php

We aim to respond to the majority of support tickets within a few hours, with many being addressed within 20 minutes when possible. However, please note that response times may be longer for complex issues or during exceptionally busy periods.

(2) Live Chat

Live chat is available for sales and billing enquiries, as well as to discuss existing support tickets or basic setup questions. Live chat is accessible via the blue chat icon (located at the bottom-right corner of the Maxer website) or the "Chat" link at the top of every page.

Our chat-bot, Fin, is unlike any other AI chat-bot – give it a try! We’re confident you’ll be pleasantly surprised. If needed, you can also click "Talk to a person" to connect with a member of our team.

For more complex issues that cannot be resolved during the chat session, we may ask you to open a support ticket to ensure you receive the most detailed assistance.

Our team are available via live chat for 14 hours a day.

(3) Phone Support

Phone support is available for sales and billing enquiries, as well as to discuss existing support tickets or basic setup questions. Please ensure you have a ticket number ready when you call, so we can provide you with the best possible support.

For all issues, big or small, we recommend creating a support ticket. This allows us to ensure you receive the quickest response from the most qualified team member, complete with helpful links and detailed instructions when necessary.

Our phone lines are open 16 hours a day - Monday-Friday 9am-5pm GMT/UTC and Monday-Friday 9am-5pm AEST (GMT/UTC+10)

Please call the number most local to you and the system will direct you to the office open at that time.

We aim to answer all calls within a few minutes. If you're not connected to our team within a reasonable time, please create a support ticket and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

(4) WhatsApp

We aim to respond to the majority of messages within a few hours.
