To securely grant access to an authorised person (such as your web developer, website manager or IT person) for Maxer, simply follow the five steps below. This method ensures that you remain in control of your Maxer account, you can manage who has access, and assign appropriate permissions.
Remember: Authorised persons should be invited to access to Maxer with their own unique user/login. Please never share your personal login details!
To grant access to your Maxer account and cPanel account, please follow these simple steps:

Log in to your Maxer client area
Access your account by logging into the Maxer client area: https://my.maxer.com/login -
Invite a new user

Set the necessary permissions
When adding the user, ensure the following permissions are granted:- View Products & Services: This allows the authorised person / web developer to view your services and manage them as necessary.
- Perform Single Sign-On: This permission enables the authorised person / developer to log in directly to cPanel using the “Log in to cPanel” link on your service page, without having to share the cPanel password.

If you would like the authorised person / web developer to be able to contact us or view/open support tickets, you can also grant the following permission: -
Confirm access
Once the permissions are set, click on the "Send Invite" button:
If the authorised person / web developer is already registered with Maxer, they'll be granted access using their existing user/login, or they will be sent an email containing a link to create a new account.
On the User Management page, you will be able to track the status of your invitation, manage users, add/remove permissions, etc.
