This article is intended for new and existing clients who want to learn about the available payment methods. All payment methods are supported for new orders. It’s also possible to change the payment method for an upcoming renewal, provided it’s done before the payment is processed. If you’d like to review your payment setup, feel free to email us or use live chat to speak with our team.

Our products and services are predominantly subscription-based, so we recommend using a payment method that supports automatic renewal each year.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) in all currencies. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal are also supported globally.

We also accept payment by Direct Debit and bank transfer in all currencies. For convenience, we recommend setting up a Direct Debit so future renewals are processed automatically. You can follow our guide here: I want to set up a direct debit mandate

We currently operate in five currencies: GBP, EUR, USD, AUD, and CAD.

In some cases, signups from certain countries are limited to specific local currencies. For example, customers in Australia must pay in AUD.
