A direct debit is an arrangement between Maxer and your bank, so the fees for your Maxer services can be debited directly from your bank account. There is no paper form; it can be setup online in just a few minutes! The direct debit application can be digitally signed and submitted online. It is commonly used in many countries to pay for utility bills.
We have partnered with GoCardless to offer this service. Maxer accept payments in five global currencies. Your account currency is determined when you first sign up. To setup a direct debit, you must use a bank account in the same country and currency as your Maxer account. For example, a UK customer must go to the GoCardless signup page and choose "GBP" from the dropdown menu.
