All the services we provide are subscription-based and are automatically renewed on their due date. This is made clear on our signup pages, our renewal emails and in our Terms & Conditions at https://www.maxer.com/assets/legal/tos.pdf (in particular the section 'Account Policies and Cancellation') that all customers have agreed to.

If you no longer require a domain, but did not disable auto-renew before the renewal date, we will cancel future renewals for you, but unfortunately, if the domain has already been renewed and the registrar has charged us for the domain, we cannot refund your payment because the registrar fee is non-refundable.

If you no longer require a hosting service, ensure you submit a cancellation request. Please see "I want to cancel my service" for more information on how to do this.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have further questions.
